1. General Information

The 36K Alageyik Trail, run as part of Antalya Canyon Ultra, is a trail race approximately 36.3 km long with 770m+ of climbing. The race starts from the start area at 08:00 on 14 November 2026. Under the principle of partial self-sufficiency, participants must complete the course within 9 hours (time limit: 17:00). Partial self-sufficiency means participants carry the equipment that allows them to continue running safely in the nature and terrain conditions they may encounter.

2. Participation Requirements

All athletes taking part in the 36K Alageyik Trail must hold either a valid medical certificate issued within the last 6 months (stating they are fit to practice athletics, running or mountaineering) or a valid (non-expired) athlete licence issued by the Athletics, Triathlon, Mountaineering, Orienteering or Cycling federations, and must present it during kit distribution. The race is open to all participants aged 18 and over.

3. Registration, Cancellation and Refund Terms

a) Registration: Only registered athletes may take part in the race. Registration is completed via the official website. Online registration opens on 20 July 2026 and closes on 25 October 2026 at 23:59 (or earlier if the course quota is filled). The number of participants is limited to 400.

b) 2026 Entry Fee: Early Registration (20 Jul - 31 Jul): 3,150 ₺ | Regular Registration (1 Aug - 24 Sep): 3,650 ₺ | Late Registration (25 Sep - 25 Oct): 4,150 ₺ (+200 TL TAF fee)

c) Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Rules: No full refund is issued for discretionary cancellations under the Standard Registration Package. Applications submitted by 1 October 2026, 23:59 are entitled to a partial refund of 30% of the net entry fee. Athletes who purchase Registration Insurance for an additional 15% at the time of registration may receive a 100% refund without justification until 1 October 2026; between 1 October and 10 November 2026 they may also receive a 100% refund in the event of injury, upon presenting an official medical board report from a fully equipped hospital. Until 13 October 2026, 23:59, the entry may be transferred to another athlete with a 50% transfer service deduction.

4. Race Kit Collection and Appointment System

Participants must collect their race packages containing bib number, timing chips and materials from the 'Race Office' during the announced official hours. Identity checks, medical certificate/licence checks and mandatory equipment checks are carried out in full during kit collection. To minimise waiting time, we recommend choosing a time slot via the 'Appointment System' on your personal page.

5. Course Route and Environmental Responsibility

The race course will be marked with tape and direction arrows. Leaving the marked route or taking shortcuts is grounds for immediate disqualification. In line with the 'Leave No Trace' principle, athletes who litter in nature are disqualified on the spot. No plastic cups will be available at aid stations; every athlete must carry their own cup/water container.

6. Mandatory Equipment

  • Medical Certificate or Valid Licence: to be presented at the kit distribution desk.
  • Mobile Phone: fully charged, with the organisation's emergency numbers saved.
  • Water Carrying System: water bladder or soft flask/bottle with at least 1 litre capacity.
  • Cup or Soft Flask: no plastic cups will be available at aid stations.
  • Rain Jacket / Windbreaker: hooded, waterproof and windproof.
  • Emergency (Thermal) Blanket: at least 1.40m x 2m.
  • Whistle: kept somewhere easily accessible.
  • First Aid Kit: elastic bandage, plasters and gauze.

7. Disqualification and Penalties

Missing control points, taking shortcuts longer than 200m, receiving outside assistance outside the permitted areas, failing to carry the mandatory equipment, and disrespecting staff, officials or volunteers are grounds for immediate disqualification. Runners who start with poles and drop them before the finish receive an additional 1-hour time penalty. Athletes running unregistered or racing with another person's bib number will be disqualified and fall outside the organisation's legal responsibility.

8. Results and Awards

Rankings are evaluated in the Men's/Women's Overall Classification (18+) and the age categories in the organisation chart. All athletes who complete the race within the time barriers in accordance with the rules will receive a finisher medal.
